1. When and where will the congress take place?

- Our congress will be held on 14 May 2025 in Famagusta, Cyprus at the Rauf Raif Denktaş Congress Center. Detailed location information and transportation options are available on our website.

 

 2. Who can attend the congress?

- The congress is open to scientists, academics, researchers, graduate students, undergraduate students, and professionals from related industries. There are no restrictions based on discipline or career level.

 

 3. How can I register for the congress?

- Registration is free of charge and can be completed online through our website. To secure your participation, please register before the registration deadline. The registration deadline will be announced soon on the congress webpage.

 

4. How can I submit my abstract?

- You can submit your abstract through the “Abstract Submission" section on the congress website. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must align with the main themes of the congress. The abstract submission deadline will be announced soon on the congress webpage.

 

 5. What is the process for abstract evaluation?

- All submitted abstracts will undergo a double-blind peer review process by our scientific committee. Evaluation results will be emailed to the applicants.

 

6. What are the requirements for presenting accepted papers?

- Authors of accepted papers will be emailed about the presentation format (oral or poster). Presenters must complete the registration process to confirm their participation. Presentation files must be submitted to the website.

 

7. Is there a participation fee?

- No, participation in the congress is completely free of charge. There are no registration fees for any participants, including presenters and attendees.

 

 8. What is the official language of the congress?

- The official language of the congress is English. All presentations, posters, and sessions will be conducted in English.

 

 9. Is presenting a paper mandatory to attend the congress?

- No, you can attend the congress as an audience member without presenting. However, you still need to register to attend.

 

10. Will participation certificates be provided?

- Yes, all participants, including those presenting and attending, will receive a certificate of participation. Audience members can also request a certificate if needed.

 

11. What are the accommodation and travel arrangements?

- Participants are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses. Information on nearby hotels and transportation options can be found on our website.

 

12. When will the congress program be announced?

- The congress program will be available on our website soon. It will include session times, speakers, and social events.

 

13. Can I get a visa invitation letter?

- For individuals arriving from Türkiye, there is no visa requirement to enter the customs area in the TRNC; you may enter using your Turkish ID card. For entry from other countries, please consult the contact person: xxxx

 

14. What is the cancellation policy?

- Since the congress is free of charge, there is no cancellation fee. However, if you have registered and can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you inform the organizing committee to allow us to adjust our logistics.

 

15. Will bus transportation be from the EMU campus to the congress center?

- Yes, free bus transportation from the Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU) campus to the congress center during the event day will be provided. Detailed bus schedules and pick-up locations will be available on our website closer to the congress date.

 

16. Will there be an abstract book, and will it have an ISBN number?

- Yes, an official abstract book will be published with an ISBN. It will include all accepted abstracts presented at the congress and be available in digital and printed formats. The abstract book will be accessible to all participants after the event.

 

17. Is there an option to submit a full paper?

- Yes, authors of accepted abstracts can directly submit their full papers through the full paper submission section for further evaluation. Detailed guidelines and deadlines for full paper submission will be provided after the congress. Please note that full paper submission is optional and will be evaluated separately.
