Abstract Preparation Rules
Please submit your abstract/full-text paper using the formatting of the templates on the web site.
Abstracts must be a maximum of 300 words and must be written in MS Word, using Times New Roman font and 12 point font.
The conference language is English. Word documents as doc or docx are the acceptable file formats.
Naming your abstract file (use Microsoft Word) “Oral" and “Poster" Dash (–) Last name of First Author Example: If you (Dr/Mr/Ms. Burgaz) are submitting two abstracts, one for an Oral presentation and another one as a Poster, you should name them: Oral- Burgaz.docx and Poster-Burgaz.docx.
All abstracts must be submitted to offical e-mail: ipsc@emu.edu.tr according to the following instructions before April 20, 2025
In order for the abstract's acceptance, it is mandatory for the presenting author to register for the congress.
Authors can submit a maximum of 2 papers (as abstracts or full-text) and Presentation combinations can be 1 oral ; 1 poster ; 1 oral + 1 poster ; 2 oral; 2 poster.
Each abstract will undergo a peer review process. Based on the reviewer's feedbacks, the final decision on the presentation type will be made. The results of the evaluation of the abstracts will be notified to you by e-mail after the blind peer review.
Only original research will be accepted as papers for the congress, review articles will not be accepted.
ORAL PRESENTATIONS
For oral presentations, there will be a total time limit of 15 minutes as 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.
